The North Hill Residency

The North Hill Residency is situated on an acre of land in tree-lined Pasadena. While currently undergoing a major renovation, the residency is housed within a Victorian estate that dates to the late 19th century. North Hill Residency is outfitted with a pool, indoor/outdoor kitchen, ceramics studio, work and living spaces, and is filled with artwork by past artist-residents and other artists from the area and around the world. The garden, designed by Petra Cortright, features colossal sculptures by Stan Edmondson and Sterling Ruby. In development are The Red Barns, free-standing exhibition spaces designed by Katrin Terstegen, which will feature ongoing exhibitions and programming. The North Hill Residency is a multi-use space for art, culture, community and events.
